The staff here were truly helpful and welcoming, and the hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of Jackson, close to the Regional History Museum which is just a mile away.

Our stay at Doubletree By Hilton was fantastic! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I especially loved the welcoming cookie they gave us at the front desk. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Although there was a minor issue with the gym not having water, that didn't overshadow our overall great experience. I would definitely consider coming back again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfy and quiet vibe here! We stayed in a double room for one night and had a really cozy time. the bed was super comfortable, and we even had a fridge plus coffee and tea gear. ☕️

The food and service were both fantastic during my Thanksgiving stay. the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the welcoming cookie that was offered at check-in; it was a nice touch. Another great aspect was the convenient location, which made it easy to explore the area. the rooms were very comfortable and well-maintained.
There was no water available at the gym and after waiting for over an hour, the water I requested never arrived. This was an inconvenience because it disrupted my workout routine.

The hotel could improve the gym experience by providing ready access to water during workouts.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. We particularly loved the delicious welcome cookie they provided us at the front desk. Also, the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, as everything looked pristine and well-maintained. In addition, the variety of breakfast options was outstanding and really hit the spot. we were very pleased with the hotel facilities and amenities, including the convenient transportation and great location in this city.
Hard to think of anything negative to say about our stay at this hotel. We were thoroughly impressed by the level of service and attention to detail from the staff.
